Written for the 2009 Stargate Rare Pairings Ficathon on Livejournal. Prompt: Jolinar/Martouf: Not dead yet. When Martouf and Lantash return from a short mission, they learn their mates have been found, having escaped from the inescapable prison, Netu.
2009 fic contest. Plot bunny: Martouf/Lantash didn't die in D&C - either it was clones that died or Lantash managed to heal Martouf and they them made a clone of Lantash to put in the healing tank. Martouf/Lantash are sent on an undercover mission to Earth and has been there since, trying to flush out Goa'uld. The story should probably be humorous. Do Sam know? What happens when she learns of it, otherwise? What happens when they rejoin the Tok'ra?
SG-1 and the Tok'ra examine some ruins and comes across something which may change their lives.
SG-1 has been cloned and their bodies are unstable. They need to find out what has happened and undo it before it is too late.
This story was written as an answer to the 2008 challenge on the 'Tok'ra resistance' Yahoo group: Sam becomes host to Egeria in a very AU version of "The Cure". I moved the episode to third season. This has several advantages: 1) Egeria is not in as badly a shape, 2) SGC people, including O'Neill, is not as hostile towards the Tok'ra, as in later seasons, 3) Martouf/Lantash and Daniel are all alive. I believe that by third season, Sam has come enough to terms with her experiences with Jolinar that she would agree to become host in a situation such as this.
Originally there were no Tok'ra, and all symbiotes were Goa'uld. Why did some of them change and how did this change come to be?

Sam and Jack are retested to be sure whether or not they are za'tarcs. This is how the story ended in My Reality.
When SG-1 went to P4A-771, they had not expected the immediate attack or that they would be waking up in a Goa'uld holding cell. However, the biggest surprise came when it turned out the Goa'uld that had captured them were no Goa'uld at all - at least not the kind they were used to. Will this chance meeting lead to an alliance between Earth and their new friend's people - or will she and SG-1 be killed by their pursuers?

In an alternative reality, SG-1 was unable to reach the weapons platform at the Ancient outpost in Antarctica in time to save Earth from Anubis. Only Sam, Daniel, and Teal's survive. They manage to escape and use the quantum mirror to go to a reality where they have just died a short while ago.
When the Tok'ra learn that the Goa'uld Nephthys wishes to subjugate a planet that has been free of the Goa'uld for centuries, they decide to intervene.
This story is an answer to the following 2008 challenge from the 'Tok'ra Resistance' group: Sam and the wraith: Wraith attacks Sam but since she has naquadah in here system she doesn't get hurt or anything. The Wraith is the one that is either injured from the naquadah or dies. Sam takes over the science department or the SGA itself, with Daniel and Teal'c and Janet (she never died in my mind) and Cassandra come along too. They find some Tok'ra symbiotes that Egeria had hidden in Atlantis with some of them being Queens. Sam, Janet, Weir and Teyla all eventually take a symbiote but who has queen is up to you or maybe they all do. McKay has to take a symbiote in order to safe himself. This symbiote annoys the hell out of McKay, but McKay really likes him since the symbiote is as smart or smarter as McKay. Maybe some of the others at Atlantis take one too. Up to you the writer to decide!
The last surviving members of SGC, as well as three Tok'ra, and a few Jaffa flee the advancing Ori forces. This is the story of their experiences.
